Yin Yoga for Everyone!
The effect of habitual tension is stress, and a body that feels compressed. When you create space using yin yoga, you dissolve tension, and regulate the mind. Carrying tension is like pulling the past ahead of you. It creates a fog over life, influences everything in a way you might not notice until it is gone, and can be dissolved by arranging your body and doing nothing but being still and steady.
This is a series of community classes to clear, clean and rehabilitate the space of the body, and to get energy and vital force flowing into forgotten, congested areas. Always practice Yin Yoga with much less intensity in the longer holds.
